Can't wait to start Boot Camp

Sept. 3rd was all set to be the start date for the next boot camp, but after talking with a few people, they want to get started right away!! So on August 27th we're kicking off classes at 6:30 am and 9:30 am. Mon/Wed/Fri for 4 weeks.
Glover Park in St. Heliers is the new location and it's all go, rain or shine. If the heavens really open however, and things get a little unsafe, then we'll relocate to Unisports Gym in St. Johns, 71 Merton Road.

I'll post a little clip later of the kind of exercises you can expect.

Boot camps are popular world wide

The phenomenon that is boot camp fitness started in the States and is spreading rapidly. Australia has been over run and this summer you can expect to see camps running in various parks in NZ.
Exercising with your friends or making new ones at camp is a great way to motivate yourself and provide motivation for others too.
Don't pay good money to join a gym if you don't want to end up with a generic program to muddle through by yourself. Sign up for bootcamp and you'll notice the results happening straight away.
Check out this article about bootcamps and what they involve.

We're into the 4th week of the very first Guerrilla Fitness Boot Camp. Already seeing a lot of improvement. (25% increase in some exercises). The strength and fitness is increasing every day.
I'm very impressed with the teamwork that is going on. People motivating each other to work harder is great to see.

Always space for more people. Get in touch at darrenellis34@hotmail.com to book a space in the final 2 weeks if you want a taster of the things to come.
