Day 1, Week 1



First day in a new location and a new time; the weather came to the party with a great sunrise.

There's a little room left, particularly in the 9:30am camp, so grab a friend and start working on that summer body.






A. Dynamic Warm up





B. Max rounds in 5 min



  • Inverted Row x 5

  • Squat x 10

  • Star jump x 15


C. Max rounds in 5 min




  • Pushup x 5

  • Slamball x 10

  • Reverse Lunge x 15


D. Max rounds in 10 min




  • Shuttle run

  • Kettle bell Swing x 10

  • Single DB Pushpress x 10

A well deserved rest

We've taken the week off at Guerrilla Fitness Bootcamp. Those of you who have done 2-3 camps in a row, I'm sure your bodies will thank you.

Kicking off the next camp on October 29th, we'll be running the morning camp at a new time and location. Mission Bay, behind the Mecca Stone House at 6am sharp. The 9:30am is still at Glover Park as usual.

It'll be fun to have the sand available as another implement in our fitness toolbox, and I have a couple of big heavy fire hoses on their way too, so you can thank me later..........
