Baseball-Run to each base and perform 10 reps of:
- 1st base - Starjumps
- 2nd base - Pushups
- 3rd base - Squats
- home base - slamball
Strongman circuit - 15 min game. Every exercise completed = 1 point.
- Sled drag
- Farmers Walk
- Walking lunge
- Slamball
- Burpees
- Squat press
