Dice!!

5 rolls of 2 dice. Each number = an exercise to be performed for 10 reps. Doubles = 50m sprint
  • #1 = dips
  • #2 = pushups
  • #3 = squats
  • #4 = stepups
  • #5 = mountain climbers
  • #6 = knees to elbows
