Day 10, Week 4

12 Days of Christmas!!
  1. Burpee
  2. Mountain Climber
  3. Dips
  4. Medball Squat Press
  5. Kettlebell Swing
  6. Rev. Lunge
  7. Slamball
  8. Stepup
  9. Pushup
  10. Squat
  11. Kettlebell High Pull
  12. Inverted Row
Start with 1 burpee, then 2 Mountain climbers and 1 burpee. Then 3 dips, 2 Mountain Climbers and 1 burpee. So on and so on up to 12! Just like the song........only more painful if that's possible.........
