Today was Bring a Friend day at bootcamp. A chance to show those nearest and dearest exactly why you have been complaining of sore calves, glutes and 'I don't know WHAT this muscle is, but it hurts'.... Thanks to all who brought along a 'victim', I hope you're still on speaking terms.
