A no-holds barred fight goes 3 x 5 min rounds. This workout provides the same energy demands with out the contact!

3 rounds of: 1 minute of each
  • Kettlebell high pull
  • Slamball
  • Burpee
  • Stepup
  • Medball Squat Press
  • Rest
