Final workout for our January camp. Strength and fitness re-testing.

Some absolutely amazing results. Kilos and centimetres lost. More reps and faster running times; some people doubled their scores!!

We're straight into the new camp on Monday Feb 11th. New tests for those returning, so you get to start fresh with other new people.
