Extra Workout

Mark from the 9:30am class at Glover Park dropped into Unisports to make up for a missed workout on Wednesday.

He tackled Fran, a Crossfit benchmark workout consisting of 21, 15 and 9 reps of 40kg barbell Thrusters and Pullups, performed as fast as possible.

He managed a very respectable first time of 11:32 - a relatively short workout, but he added a good cooldown session afterwards. Check it out below.
