Those Burpees Really Suck!

  • 10 Jumping Chins
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings
  • 30 Stepups
  • 40 Pushups
  • 50 Twisting Crunches
  • 60 Burpees
  • 50 Twisting Crunches, 40 Pushups etc down to 10 Chins
This workout had been performed by some people before, but only up to the 60 Burpee point. This time we continued back down to the start. Previous times were beaten by about 3 minutes!
