A Bit of a Jerk- 2 or 3 circuits of the below exercises for prescribed reps. Reps decrease each exercise, and each set as the fatigue increase.
- DB or KB Clean and Jerk
- 40/30/20, 40/30, or 30/20
- Burpees
- 30/20/10, 30/20, or 20/10
- DB or KB Swing
- 20/10/5, 20/10, or 10/5
- Pushups
- 10/5/2, 10/5, or 5/2
